Sophie was born in the north of Provence in the small city of Saint Paul Trois Châteaux, which is well-known for its black truffle, and has traveled throughout her life. She received a Master's and Phd in English, and has taught English and French in both England and France.

Sophie is an official Guide-Conférencier who speaks English, French, German and Spanish, and has a deep desire to share her passion for this region and its history, culture, food, and wonderful wines!
