Maud is a traveler, writer, and food lover. She studied International Relations, including some time spent at UNC, Chapel Hill (Go tar heels !!!) She has also worked as a journalist. She is now back in Lyon, where she was born and raised. She would be very happy to show you around Lyon, the world capital of gastronomy.
